Customer Profile: Payment and Address Information

From this segment of the customer profile a portal user may enter a new card number, or edit existing card data.

Adding a new card is done by clicking the link at the top of the Billing Info section of the Customer Profile page.

Editing the card is started by directly selecting the card number.

When adding new payment information, card number fields will be blank. When editing an existing card, the screen will look the same except that the card number field will already be filled.

The card-holder's previously used address will be associated with the card by default unless the "Use New Address" radio button is selected.

To attach a new or existing card to a subscription, setting it as the card that will be used at the next rebill date, click the checkboxes to the left of each applicable subscription.
