Next Rebill / Cancel Date
If you would like to adjust the date on which a subscription is set to renew, click on the date, and a new panel will appear. Select the new date.
If when setting this date, you instead would like the subscription to end instead of renew, a radio button option is available on this panel as well.
Clicking on the X in this column will present a panel for subscription cancel options.
Cancel Now: The subscription will be canceled immediately. If postback is configured for the site, an update to the status of the subscription will be posted to it.
Cancel at next renewal date: This is the more common cancel in subscription business models. It is the option to select if a customer has opted to discontinue recurring charges.
In addition to cancelling the subscription, blacklist options are available at this point for payment record (credit card/account number), email address, and IP address.
